Chapman Main Replacement
The Chapman Main Replacement project originated with Island County. Island County replaced the culverts on the east and west side of Chapman Road between Camano Hill Road and Rowe Road for fish passage. The Co-op has an 8” main on the east side of Chapman Road that needed to be re-installed after the culvert installation.
Project Completed October 28, 2024
